As an owner/practitioner I am committed to supporting clients in their endeavour to improve their health and wellbeing. Every client is treated with the utmost care and respect, and all information is kept confidential.
I am a registered professional member of the AKA ans ATMS. I regularly undertake studies to expand my knowledge and keep up-to-date with the fast-evolving fields in kinesiology and whole food nutrition and lifestyle.
I also offer mentoring sessions for (student) kinesiologists.
I recently graduated from the Nutrition Academy and offer sessions in whole food nutrition and lifestyle, as well as integrated packages of kinesiology and nutrition to manage health problems such as autoimmune, T2 diabetes, cholesterol and weight.
